Through her ambitious professional background, Dr. TLC has accumulated an extensive knowledge of how people behave in the workplace, which allows her to predict behaviours and performance. She has a passion for sharing this knowledge with leaders so that they can work smarter, not harder.
Dr. TLC holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Business, Organizational Psychology and Statistics) from the University of New Brunswick, an M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Manchester, U.K., a B.A. in Psychology with Honours from the Université de Moncton and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from St-Mary's University. Also, she completed a certificate in the Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard University.
Her unique international experiences as a practitioner, researcher and instructor make her well-versed in the field of leadership and organizational psychology. She is one of the very few (if not only) consultants specialized in organizational psychology in her region.
